Where is AI available on Company Tracker?

What is the AI Metric Assistant?
The AI Metric Assistant is a sidebar feature that supports users in entering data and understanding metrics. It helps users comprehend and answer metric-related questions, provides estimates for missing data, and offers contextual information and trend analysis. It provides: - Guidance on each question - Trend analysis and tracking against targets based on entered data or estimates if no data has been entered. - Estimates are derived from extrapolating historic figures and identifying trends. If no historic figures are available, the AI will supply an estimate based on the sector average. - Narratives on answers and historical data
What is AI Draft Further Explanation?
You can switch on a button within the Further Explanation/Notes inputs in metric pages. This button will provide a model piece of narrative relating to the metric. It understands the question, it understands the narrative relating to the metric that could be useful, and if you have provided actual data to this metric, it will take that into account when constructing narrative. While not necessary, it is often important for narrative to be provided for verifiers, assurers, and if useful for the later construction of a final sustainability report for your company.
What are SDG Insights?
SDG Insights provide AI-generated narratives on performance against the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and commentary on materiality. Users can ask in-depth questions about metric results.
What are Enhanced Reports?
Enhanced Reports, currently available only for SGX ESGenome, provide AI-generated PowerPoint presentations in two styles. These are useful for companies in the early stages of their sustainability journey. The report format adheres to SGX rules for listed companies on sustainability reporting, thereby significantly speeding up the time to produce a Sustainability report and cutting the cost of doing so.
What data is sent to the AI for processing?
For the Metric Assistant: The question text and its module name (e.g. GRI) Entered data and historical data Company name and sector. For SDG Insights: SDG contribution scores (calculated on the platform) Company name and sector Materiality of the goals (None, Low, Medium, High) For Enhanced Reports: Entered data for the SGX Core module metrics. Specific parameters for each metric, such as response length and narrative focus.
Where is the AI data processed?
The data is processed using OpenAI's servers, located in the United States.
How can I control AI usage?
AI features are off by default. Admins must actively opt-in by switching on the AI toggle in Admin | Account settings | Account management | Beta features.
